today was just another slack day...
RACIAL HARMONY CELERBRATIONS. the indian dances were cool and some stoopid teacher asked me if i needed a bed because i was falling asleep during some of the perfromances. the first performance was just plain annoying, the girl kept shrieking with her high voice and irritating everyone and the narrator guy kept telling lame jokes.
saw astrid lim during recess and returned the wad of bluetak i borrowed from her yesterday to secure stuff at my booth. haha. i promised to go out for a full day with astrid after the exams, STALKING and duck rice eating. sounds fun. went p to computer lab to look for wilona but met a very angry ms tok there and she said stuff like we were late and she cannot help us with our camp videos BUT IT WAS FRIKKIN RECESS. recess was at 10am today so there wasnt supposed to be com. studies. anyhow scold ppl. then we went for briefing from ms kon with kelly, sheep and jabby. ms kon was saying stuff like we werent natural and too prepared and the minister may not come to our booth and she also said we shouldnt worry cos we did the project aso we will know the content. me and jabbing were like OHNO. cos we didnt do the project, last years sec4's did it but they graduated already. mrs lam said it was alright.
i am now the sole presenter for our group. ms kon said only one presenter per project so jabbing just has to stand outside the lab with the teachers in lab coats smiling and looking nice while i might be grilled about my booth with i did not do. OHWELL.
dear lord please help me remember all my facts about orchid hybridization so i can answer tharman shamugaratnam tomorrow. better still, please let him walk past my booth so i dont have to say anything. thank jesus amen.after school went to jurong entertainment certre and library with plee. ate at macs to drown our sorrows with DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS AND FRIES. then we went to the library where i wrote megs letter and borrowed some books. plee found this book on puberty called "bits, boobs and blobs". we were laughing our asses off and ppl were staring. the book is like a bio lesson. just easier to understand, not that bio is hard or anything. i like bio. i shall take it next year, along with 2 other sciences if i can even make it in. i love pearly gan.
opening ceremony is tmr. i just want to get it over and done with. and i shall try and get my picture in the school magazine:))) according to chenjabby, i am a 'camera-whore'. AHAHAHA. i wonder what that means. the pics we took were super cool man. there was this KUNGFU kick one too. i must remember to get them from jabby.
still havent made up my mind about class party, i am such a indecisive person. i need to cut my hair. did you know my hair started out with a fringe last year. haha. it will probably become a fringe again soon. i should like cut it really short like astrids but then i will have to cut my hair very often so it doesnt go into my eyes. maybe during the hols, when my mother is in some faraway country so she cannot hit me when she finds out what i did to my hair. :)))
i cant wait til the hols, i made so many plans already. its motivation for study. october will be over really soon. just 3 more months.
