my last post was nearly 10 days ago. busybusy.
of all the times i could have chosen to fall sick i had to do it during chinese new year. my voice died on the second day so i only visited my granparents house on the first day. lotsa distant relatives go there so i can just station there to collect hongbaos. i also collected donations for my methodist walk. i made my dear brother collect hongbaos and donations for me on the second day as i had no voice. didnt go anywher but loads of people visited. especially leetle kids so i might have spread my disease to them. my hongbao haul this year has been minute due to a long standing family feud. not to worry. i wont count my hongbaos til the new year is over. i'm visiting tonight again.
yesterday i didnt go for squash cos i had to go home and do my 1500 word compo. but i styed in school til four to do my chinese project. then i went to the dentist to have my cavity filled, it hurt like shizzz. i finally finished my commonwealth essay after 2 whole hours on the computer. i asked astrid to give me bengish-lian names and she said ron, mary and ali. i'm so proud of it. i didnt interpret the title as it might have been.
today when i woke up, my frikkin big toe was throbbing. i have no idea why my nail suddenly decided to be ingrown today of all days. i was looking forward to pe. teacher let me be goalie cos i couldnt walk properly. frikkin shiz. if i go to the doctors to cut it i wont be able to take pe next week to and that will be a total of 3 pe sessions i have missed already. man. please please let it go away tomorrow so ican go out.
ohyes i have to blog about my chinese new year class gathering. awsome fun i tell you. stupid bernince has no sense of humour.
ok. charmaine chen woke me up at like so early inthe morning by smsing me about whether to wear shorts or jeans. i moosched about the house until 9:30 and mom sent me to kap. i was supposed to meet char for brekkiees. everytime i have an appointment with her, she will wake me up really early in the morning to ask me dumb things and be late. so i ate breakfast with sarah and we sat at the stairs to wait for the class. everyone was late. i managed to borrow moms casio so i entertained myself for a while.
when most people arrived, we left for mel's. 24 were supposed to turn up but in the end only about 18 and about 16 people ended up at ms thams. we had to walk to mels house. i was laughing at rachels tan lines. hehe. anyway mels house was like woahhhh. never tell us got pool, we could have swam. hehe. the whole class sat down at the edge of the pool and stuck out feet in. took lots of pictures and at bakwa.
after that we bussed to bernices house. she forced us to eat her PINEAPPLE-LIES. which were quite alright although dry. her house has loads of fun stuff. pogo sticks and trempolines. took more photos. i cant jump a total of FOUR times on the pogo stick. yay me. bernice says her brother can do like 700. madness. if you jump on the trempoline you can see into the neighbours house. afther that we took a bus allthe way to school, then to dover and mrtied to TANAH MERAH at the other end of the island.
i told all my stupid jokes on the mrt and played with my camera. when we got there joanna led us in the wrong direction and we had to walk all the way back in the opposite direction to wait for ms tham. she said she would fetch us and we were making up stupid ideas on how she planed to fetch 16 kids to her house at once. some one said like she will bring 3 cars and tie them together then she'll drive the first one we just have to step on the gasin the others and she'll pull us along. but she didnt. she came by car and we took bus. at the bus stop bernice suddenly decided to stick her arms out and 'suntan'. i have no idea why. it was a long long walk to her house. ordered pizza. she thought like 20 plus people were coming so she ordered SIX and it amounted to like a hundred plus dollars. i know cos i carried the pizzas in. felt darn guilty. lotsa pizza left over and my teacher started forcing all of us to eat more.
i managed to drag everyone into playing the animal game. hehe. its harder if you have that many people. then bernice and i watched hi5 kids central. i love story time. made everyone else watch with us too. yes everyone left early and in the end there was me, carmen and bern left. we found this rain dvd and bernice insisted on watching it. looked at old year books. some teachers never change. hehe. ms chuah had the same hair in 1994 as today. then bern and carmen left and my daddy came to pick me up and i went out for dinner and came home at like 10 to rush my homework.
